Our store is online only and orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
You can find our shipping rates and delivery time frames below. Please note, due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, deliveries are still being affected and may take slightly longer to reach certain areas.
*Unfortunately due to new import regulations introduced by Brexit, we have temporarily paused shipping to the UK and Europe.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
We strive to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days except where stated otherwise or during holidays where there may be unavoidable delays. Express orders are dispatched next business day. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch during high volume periods such as sales, restocks and new season launches.
Q: When will my order arrive?
Once you've received your shipping confirmation, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia & New Zealand and 9-15 business days for international delivery.
Q: How can I pay for my order?

Q: How much will it cost in my currency?
Prices for all goods are in Australian dollars. You can view prices in your own currency by using the drop down menu at the top of the screen. Please note, prices will revert back to Australian dollars during checkout.

Q: Will I have to pay import duties?
If you live outside of Australia you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. Please check with the relevant department in your country. All duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PARCELS IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED. Please take extra care when entering your shipping details and make sure any pre-saved addresses are up to date. If a parcel is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address being provided, additional postage costs will be at a cost to the buyer.
