Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we do! All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on order size and destination. Domestic shipping starts from $7.50 and international shipping starts from $10.00. We offer FREE DELIVERY to Australia & NZ on all orders over $99. Free delivery is also available to select countries (USA, Canada & South East Asia) when you spend over $200.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days except where stated otherwise or during holidays where there may be unavoidable delays. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch during sales, restocks and new season launches as we get inundated with orders in the first 24 hours.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Once you've received your shipping confirmation, please allow 2-6 business days for standard Australian delivery and 5-15 business days for international delivery. Express orders are delivered the next business day to postcodes within the Express Post Network or 2-3 business days to areas outside the network.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Paypal and from all major credit/debit cards. We also offer a range of buy now, pay later options for customers located in Australia, NZ, USA and the UK. Follow this link for more info. Please note, none of our payment options will incur additional processing fees.
Q: How much will it cost in my currency?
Prices for all goods are in Australian dollars. You can view prices in your own currency by using the drop down menu at the top of the screen. Please note, prices will revert back to Australian dollars during checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched. Please note this email is separate to your shipping confirmation.
Q: Will I have to pay import duties?
If you live outside of Australia you may be required to pay import taxes. Please check with the relevant department in your country. All duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Little Villains cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays in the postal service. If you require your order by a particular day or date, please contact us to discuss your options.
WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PARCELS IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED. Please take special care when entering your shipping details and make sure your registered address is up to date when paying with Paypal. If a parcel is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address being provided, additional postage costs will be at a cost to the buyer.
