Yes we do! All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are dependent on order size. Australian shipping starts from $8.50 or FREE when you spend over $99. International shipping rates start from $10.00. We offer FREE international shipping to select countries (NZ, USA, Canada & South East Asia) when you spend over $200 . You can calculate shipping rates on the cart page before checkout.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days except where stated otherwise or during holidays where there may be unavoidable delays. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch during sales, restocks and new season launches as we get absolutely inundated with orders in the first 24 hours.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Once you've received your shipping confirmation, please allow 2-6 business days for standard Australian delivery and 5-15 business days for international delivery. Express orders are delivered the next business day to postcodes within the Express Post Network or 2-3 business days to all other postcodes.
Q: How much will it cost in my currency?
Prices for all goods are in Australian dollars. You can view prices in your own currency by using the drop down menu at the top of the screen. Please note, prices will revert back to Australian dollars during checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email from Australia Post once your order is dispatched. International orders DO NOT include customer tracking unless selected during checkout. We strongly suggest choosing this option as it is the safest shipping method for overseas customers.
Q: Will I have to pay import duties?
If you live outside of Australia you may be required to pay import taxes. Please check with the relevant department in your country. All duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PARCELS IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED. Please take special care when entering your shipping details and make sure your Paypal registered address is up to date when using Paypal express. If a parcel is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address being provided, additional postage will be at a cost to the customer.
