If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your item/s to us within 30 days of the purchase date. You must notify us by email to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number and reason for return.
Return postage will be covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. To avoid additional postage costs, please review your order carefully before proceeding to the checkout. We are always here to help with any questions you may have.
Please note we do not offer refunds for or change of mind or incorrect size, in such instance an exchange or store credit will be issued. The purchase of a "on sale" item is final and only returnable for a store credit of the purchase price.
Item/s must not be worn or washed, soiled or damaged and must be returned to us in their original condition with tags attached. We must be notified of any intended returns/exchanges or any faulty products within 7 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after this period unless faulty.
It is the buyers responsibility to return item/s back to us in a safe and timely manner, we take no responsibility for parcels lost during a return/exchange. We recommend you select a tracked and/or insured shipping option when returning items to us.
