We want you to love your Little Villains gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the items to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
You must notify us of any intended returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please email email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for your return. Clothing that has been worn or washed may not be returned. Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition with tags attached.
Return postage will be at a cost to the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. To avoid unnecessary postage costs, please review your order carefully before proceeding through checkout (I can't stress this enough!).
What if the item I've received is faulty?
If you have received an item that is faulty or of unacceptable quality, please email photos and information regarding the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once investigated, we will advise you on how to return the item and you may request a full refund, replacement or store credit (within 14 days of delivery). We may still provide a partial refund or replacement after 14 days at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to return any items to us in a safe and timely manner, we can't be help responsible for parcels lost during a return/exchange. We recommend a tracked and/or insured shipping option for your return.
