We want you to love your LV gear! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the items to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
You must notify us of any intended returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for your return/exchange. Clothing that has been worn or washed may not be returned. Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition with tags attached.
Return postage will be at a cost to the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. To avoid unnecessary postage costs, please review your order carefully before proceeding to the checkout (I can't stress this enough!).
What if the item I've received is faulty?
If you have received an item that is faulty or of unacceptable quality, please email photos and information regarding the issue to email@example.com. Once investigated, we will provide return details and you can request a full refund, replacement or store credit (within 30 days of the purchase date). We may still provide a partial refund or replacement after 30 days at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to return any items to us in a safe and timely manner, we can't be help responsible for parcels lost during a return/exchange. We recommend a tracked and/or insured shipping option for your return.
