If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the product/s with your name, order number, reason for return and whether you require a replacement, refund or store credit.
**Please note we do not offer refunds for incorrect size or change of mind. In this instance an exchange or store credit will be issued.
Return postage will be at a cost to the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, as well as non-refundable Afterpay & zipPay processing fees. If you require an exchange for change of mind or incorrect size, you will also be required to pay postage for the new item/s to be sent out to you.
To avoid this, please review your order to make sure you are happy with your choices before proceeding to checkout. We are always here to help with any further questions you may have.
Item/s must not be worn or washed, soiled or damaged and must be returned as new, in their original packaging with tags attached. We must be notified of any intended returns/exchanges or any faulty products within 14 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 14 days has passed.
It is your responsibility to return the item/s back to us in a safe and timely manner. Tracking is now standard across all Aus Post parcels, we take no responsibility for parcels that are lost during a return or exchange.
Discounts and promotional codes can not be added to an order once processed. Promotional codes can not be used to purchase gift cards as these products are treated as cash, not physical inventory.
Prices for each individual size will not vary per product. If an item is priced incorrectly and all other sizes are of the correct price, it will be deemed an isolated error and the incorrect price will not be honored.
