Q: Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we do! All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on order size and destination. Domestic shipping starts from $7.50 and international shipping starts from $10.00. We offer FREE DELIVERY to Australia & NZ on all orders over $99. Free delivery is also available to select countries (USA, Canada & South East Asia) when you spend over $200.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days except where stated otherwise or during holidays where there may be unavoidable delays. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch during sales, restocks and new season launches as we get inundated with orders in the first 24 hours.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Once you've received your shipping confirmation, please allow 2-6 business days for standard Australian delivery and 5-15 business days for international delivery. Express orders are delivered the next business day to postcodes within the Express Post Network or 2-3 business days to areas outside the network.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Paypal and from all major credit/debit cards. We also offer a range of buy now, pay later options for customers located in Australia, NZ, USA and the UK. Follow this link for more info. Please note, none of our payment options will incur additional processing fees.
Q: How much will it cost in my currency?
Prices for all goods are in Australian dollars. You can view prices in your own currency by using the drop down menu at the top of the screen. Please note, prices will revert back to Australian dollars during checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched. Please note this email is separate to your shipping confirmation.
Q: Will I have to pay import duties?
If you live outside of Australia you may be required to pay import taxes. Please check with the relevant department in your country. All duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Little Villains cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays in the postal service. If you require your order by a particular day or date, please contact us to discuss your options.
WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PARCELS IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED. Please take special care when entering your shipping details and make sure your registered address is up to date when paying with Paypal. If a parcel is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address being provided, additional postage costs will be at a cost to the buyer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item/s to us within 30 days of the purchase date. You must notify us by email to info@littlevillains.com within 7 days of receipt of the item/s with your name, order number and reason for return.
Return postage must be covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. To avoid additional postage costs, please review your order before proceeding to checkout to confirm you are happy with your choices. We are always here to help with any questions you may have.
Please note we do not offer refunds for incorrect size or change of mind, in such instance an exchange or store credit will be issued. The purchase of a "sale" item is final and only returnable for a store credit of the purchase price.
Item/s must not be worn or washed, soiled or damaged and must be returned to us in their original condition with tags attached. We must be notified of any intended returns/exchanges or any faulty products within 7 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after this period unless faulty.
It is the buyers responsibility to return item/s back to us in a safe and timely manner, we take no responsibility for parcels lost during a return/exchange. We recommend you select a tracked and/or insured shipping option when returning items to us.
Our striped zip tank is an absolute must have this season and can be worn as a top or super cute Summer dress!
Our tanks run true to size with a longer length. You may want to size down if your child is on the shorter side however, please check the sizing charts above to get the best fit. Jasper is 91cm and wears size 2 as a tank, La'Mya is 105cm and wears size 4 as a dress.
Care instructions - Wash in cold water, wash with similar colours. Do not soak, bleach or tumble dry.
